We recommend passengers take their personal items. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the vehicle.

The driver will coordinate where they will pick you up before they drop you off.

The Red Rocks App is available both on Android and IOS.

You can now skip the box office by utilizing the Red Rocks App. The app will allow you to purchase and manage tickets, and will allow you to show the tickets at the gate.

Booking and reservations

You can reserve your ride to Red Rocks with us using or booking system available at the website. Or you can directly call to us. Please note that all payments will be in advance.

The driver will coordinate where they will pick you up before they drop you off.

You can cancel 24 hours prior to the departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We will refund your payment in case the concert is canceled or rescheduled

We accept credit/debit cards and online payments as well.

You can pay directly through the website or we can process your payment through the phone.

The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. 

You can tip your driver via Venmo or cash.
