Welcome to Red Rocks Voyager’s FAQ Page. We help our customers by already giving them answers of their frequently asked questions. You can find your answer here. If not, then feel free to give us a call or go to contact page.

You can pay directly through the website or we can process your payment through the phone.

You can cancel 24 hours prior to the departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We recommend passengers take their personal items. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the vehicle.

We charge the full amount at the time of booking

-Glass bottles/objects or aluminum cans

-Animals including emotional support animals (with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA)

-Weapons of any kind (e.g. guns, knives, pepper spray / mace, chains, studded / spiked jewelry

-Tarps

-Laser pointers

-Selfie sticks

-Hula hoops

-Empty, reusable water bottles (32 oz. or less)

-Food for personal consumption only; food must be in a clear plastic bag (one gallon or less),

-Sunscreen

-Sunglasses

-A jacket

The driver will coordinate where they will pick you up before they drop you off.

The Red Rocks App is available both on Android and IOS.

You can now skip the box office by utilizing the Red Rocks App. The app will allow you to purchase and manage tickets, and will allow you to show the tickets at the gate.

We will refund your payment in case the concert is canceled or rescheduled
