This page outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of our transportation services provided by Red Rocks Voyager (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.
Legal Entity Disclaimer
Red Rocks Voyager operates independently. We are a separate legal entity from Mayflower Limo. While Mayflower Limo is our parent brand and allows us to share limited content for promotional purposes, Mayflower Limo holds no responsibility for any incidents, claims, or disputes arising from services rendered by Red Rocks Voyager. Any legal or customer service concerns should be directed solely to Red Rocks Voyager.
Damages
Guests take full financial responsibility for any damages they cause to our vehicles. This includes physical damage and excessive cleaning. Repair fees will reflect actual repair costs and time spent. Red Rocks Voyager is not responsible for personal belongings left or damaged in the vehicle. We may attempt to return lost items at the owner’s expense (including extra time or shipping fees). Vehicles must not be loaded beyond their legal capacity. If passengers or luggage exceed the space reserved, it is the client’s responsibility, and the full reservation charge applies.
The driver has full authority to stop a trip if guests act negligently. If canceled due to negligence, the full trip fee will be invoiced—no refunds apply.
Pick-Up Policy
Drivers will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled time free of charge. After 30 minutes, the trip may be marked as completed and charged in full (100%). This includes all pick-up locations other than airports.
Payment Policy
By submitting your reservation, you confirm that you are the cardholder or are authorized by the cardholder to use the card. You also authorize us to charge for the total cost of services, including taxes, gratuities, and other related fees. We use secure platforms like Stripe, Square, and PayPal for all transactions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our website or services for any unauthorized or illegal activity. Commercial use of the website must be pre-approved. Violations may result in legal action or account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, logos, graphics, designs, code) is the property of Red Rocks Voyager or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or redistribute our content without written permission.
User Representations
By using our site, you agree:
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
- You will not use bots or scripts to access our site.

Refund Policy
Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before the reservation time (based on Mountain Standard Time). If canceled less than 24 hours before, the full amount will be charged.
